Wellness Support
Finding moments of calm, strength, and connection through gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Wellness & Mindfullness
Cancer can affect every part of life – physically, emotionally, and mentally. Our wellness and mindfulness practices are designed to offer moments of calm, connection, and strength throughout the cancer journey.
Through gentle movement, breathing, and meditation, we encourage participants to care for themselves in ways that support comfort, resilience, and overall well-being. These practices are not about doing things perfectly. They are about creating small moments of care, presence, and connection – wherever you are in your journey.
BREATHING
Simple breathing practices can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and ease feelings of stress, fear, and tension. They can also provide a sense of grounding during difficult or uncertain moments.
Gentle Yoga and Movement
Mindful movement can help support flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness. Yoga also offers a gentle way to reconnect with your body and move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
MEDITATION
Meditation can create space for reflection, emotional balance, and a greater sense of calm. It may help with managing stress, difficult thoughts, and the emotional challenges that can come with diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
